Last week I had the opportunity to go to Siem Reap, Cambodia, to do a photoshoot for a new restaurant opening there in October. Marum is yet another culinary offspring of NGO Friends International, and like it’s counterparts in Phnom Penh, will be the hospitality training ground for former marginalized and street youth, as well as a hotspot for delicious Khmer cuisine with creative flair. Here are some of the photos from the shoot. I got a chance to taste everything on the menu, and if you’re ever in the area, I highly recommend it!
